The Wildwood Stag Package

The Wildwood Stag Package will ensure the groom-to-be will have a brilliant day out shooting followed by a couple of tipples.

09:30am

Arrive with us at Westlands Country Park for a shooters breakfast on arrival (hot drinks & breakfast rolls).

10:00am

After breakfast you will have a welcome briefing and allocation of guns with our qualified onsite shooting instructors in our Westlands Gunroom.

10:15am

You will head down to our shooting ground split into teams with our instructors. Your shoot will commence with tuition, as necessary. This shoot lasts up to 2 hours. All team members will have 40 shots on various stands.

13:30pm

On return from shooting, you will head back up to our Stand Bar and Restaurant for a x1 Course Meal. This will be pre-ordered from a set menu for this package. Any dietary requirements must be noted to the staff and the menu can be altered for the client.

Section 21 Notification

It is an offence for someone who is prohibited by Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968 to have a firearm or ammunition in his or her possession at any time. Section 21 applies to anybody who has been sentenced to imprisonment or to youth custody or detention in a young offenders’ institution for three months or more. The period for which they are prohibited depends on the length of their sentence, if the sentence was longer than three years the prohibition is for life. If the sentence was three months or more but less than three years, the prohibition lasts for five years from the date of their release. It is an offence for a person to transfer, let or hire, give or lend a firearm or ammunition to someone whom he/she knows has reasonable grounds for believing to be prohibited by Section 21.
